Master of Social Work (MSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). 11 years in practice. Cary and Apex, NC.
I became a therapist because I believe that the people who carry the most quietly often struggle the most to ask for help. I wanted to be a safe place to turn.
I have been in practice for over 11 years, holding a Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University. I work exclusively with adults, and I have deep experience with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, trauma, relationship difficulty, and life transitions.
I believe therapy works best as a genuine collaboration. Together, we balance acceptance and change. Nothing is pushed. We go at the pace that is right for you, always.
If you are curious whether we are a good fit, the free 15-minute consultation exists for exactly that reason. No pressure. Just a conversation.
Therapy is not something done to you. It is something we build together, shaped by your goals and your pace.
You do not have to choose between accepting who you are and growing into who you want to be. Both are possible at once.
Nothing is pushed. We move only at a pace that feels right for you, and that can change at any time.
Research consistently shows the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful predictor of outcomes. Getting that right matters more than any technique.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, Racial Justice allied, and committed to culturally sensitive, nonjudgmental care. Every person who walks through my door, or joins me online, belongs here.
Free 15-minute phone consultation. No commitment, no pressure.
